AppForce Control Panel - Device & Reseller Management

AppForce Control Panel is the multi-tenant backend I built to manage every device that runs the AppForce apps (Appforce Pro, Appforce Classic, and the wider GloriaForce app ecosystem) — from device registration and licensing to reseller management and anti-piracy checks.

Highlights

A multi-tenant reseller hierarchy — resellers, sub-resellers, and retailers each get their own portal for managing their own devices and customers.
Full device lifecycle management: registration, trial/license status, expiry tracking, and the ability to remotely block a device.
A credit-based licensing system — resellers purchase credit plans and spend credits to activate licenses on devices.
Anti-piracy tooling, including checksum validation and a tampered-device registry that flags suspicious or modified installs.
Stripe-powered payments, staged app/OTA updates with beta rollouts, role-based access control, and full activity logs.

My Role

I designed and built this platform as the central control panel behind the AppForce apps, handling device and license management, the reseller hierarchy, and the APIs the apps themselves rely on.
