Highlights

• A multi-tenant reseller hierarchy — resellers, sub-resellers, and retailers each get their own portal for their own devices and customers.
• Full device lifecycle management: registration, trial and licence status, expiry tracking, and remotely blocking a device.
• A credit-based licensing system — resellers buy credit plans and spend credits to activate licences on devices.
• Anti-piracy tooling, including checksum validation and a registry that flags modified or suspicious installs.
• Stripe payments, staged app updates with beta rollouts, role-based access control, and full activity logs.

My Role

I designed and built this platform as the central control panel behind the client's apps, handling device and licence management, the reseller hierarchy, and the APIs the apps rely on.
